1. It is recommended to arrive at the designated departure location at least 30 minutes in advance. The doors will close 15 minutes before departure. All trips will depart on time. If tourists do not arrive on time, the trip will be processed as a “NO SHOW”, and no rescheduling or refunds will be made.
2. Chinese day tours have a minimum group size. If the minimum group size is not reached, the following may occur. Please read carefully before booking: 2.1 Chinese and English bilingual groups will depart on the same bus; 2.2 If the tour is canceled due to failure to reach the minimum group size, we will notify you in advance, and you can apply for a full refund.

3. Attraction Notes ※In the event of major local events, attraction closures, or other force majeure events that cause changes to the itinerary or prevent entry to attractions, adjustments may be made or the visit may be changed to an exterior view, subject to the final arrangements of the day.
- The tour order of the day is subject to the arrangement of the driver and tour guide
- If booking a child ticket, an adult must accompany the child. Individual bookings are not allowed.
- Adult tickets are for ages 17-59, child tickets are for ages 3-16, and student tickets require a valid student ID card for booking and on the day of the tour.
