The multi-layered filling uses both tangy native pineapple and Tainong No. 17 Golden Diamond pineapple. The crystalline, all-natural filling allows you to taste the fibrous texture of the pineapple pulp, preserving the simple, old-fashioned flavor while injecting a rich and layered taste experience! The signature "Rouge Fantasme" cake is a gold medal winner from the 2014 Culinary World Cup in Luxembourg. The chocolate is crafted into lifelike petals, creating an elegantly blooming red rose.
