- Ski lessons are available for ages 6 and up
- Due to Japanese law stipulating that vehicle usage time cannot exceed 10 hours, the tour guide will reduce the itinerary based on the actual travel conditions of the day. Your understanding is appreciated.
- We will send an email to guests with the tour guide and vehicle information for the next day between 18:00-22:00 the day before departure, so please check it in time. It may be in the spam box! During peak season, the email push time may be delayed, please understand! If you receive multiple emails due to special circumstances, please refer to the latest email.
- Please understand that delays may occur due to long driving distances and traffic jams. Our company is not responsible for any subsequent expenses caused by delays due to traffic jams.
- During peak tourist season or other special circumstances, the departure time of the itinerary may be earlier or slightly delayed (the specific departure time is subject to the email notification the day before departure), so please prepare in advance.
- As the day tour is a carpool itinerary, please do not be late at the meeting point or attractions. No refunds will be given for no-shows. You will be responsible for any accidents that may occur after being late.
- In the event of severe weather or other force majeure factors, the park may delay or change the operating hours of amusement facilities or program performance times without prior notice, and may even cancel some project operations and performances!
- This product may be adjusted according to weather and other factors. For your safety, staff have the right to ask guests to suspend outdoor activities and communicate with you to make other arrangements, subject to the actual situation on the day.
- The transportation, tour, and stopover times involved in the itinerary are subject to the actual situation on the day. In case of special circumstances (such as traffic jams, weather reasons, etc.), the tour guide may reasonably adjust the order of attractions in the itinerary with the consent of the guests without reducing the attractions in the itinerary.
- Each guest can bring one piece of luggage for free. Please note it in the “Special Needs” section when placing an order! If you do not inform us one day in advance and bring it temporarily, the tour guide has the right to refuse you to board the car because it will cause congestion in the car and affect driving safety, and the fee will not be refunded. - During the group tour, it is not allowed to leave the group early or leave the group midway. If you choose to leave the group midway, the unfinished part will be regarded as your voluntary abandonment, and no refund will be given.
