- In the event of inclement weather such as typhoons or blizzards, the decision to cancel the tour will be made 1 day prior to departure (local time 18:00), and you will be notified by email as soon as possible.
- Please arrive at the designated location 10 minutes prior to the scheduled time. To avoid delays to the itinerary, late arrivals will not be accommodated.
- No refunds will be issued for participants who voluntarily leave the tour midway due to personal reasons.
- Please note that no refunds will be provided for itinerary changes or attraction cancellations due to force majeure events such as transportation or weather conditions.
- Vehicle type: Assigned based on the number of participants. For small group tours, a driver will also serve as an escort to provide tour services throughout the trip. A tour leader will not be additionally assigned.
- Bus seating is subject to on-site arrangements and cannot be specified. Thank you for your understanding.
- The flower-viewing or autumn foliage seasons are subject to change depending on weather conditions. Once the tour is confirmed, it will proceed as scheduled regardless of the blooming/foliage situation.
- If you wish to use the foot bath, it is recommended to bring your own towel.
- This tour involves walking up many stairs, so it is recommended to wear comfortable shoes.
- This tour involves a significant amount of walking, so please assess your physical condition before making a purchase.
