  • Unlimited 5G data is subjected to fair usage policy of 100GB for Traveler and Traveler+, and 150GB for Traveler++.
  • Please bring along your original passport for SIM card registration at the place ofpickup
  • To track your balance, download the Starhub App (App Store / Google Play) and login with your mobile number
  • To use Data Roaming on your device ensure that Mobile Data & Data Roaming is enabled
  • For overseas calls, Dial 018 < country code > < area code > < number >

  • SIM card registration is mandatory, and activation of SIM card will be done uponcollection
  • Each Passport holder can only register up to 3 Prepaid SIM cards (regardless of service provider)
  • The person registering the SIM card must be at least 18 years old
  • SIM registration with passport will be subjected to thirty (30) days validity as per IMDA’s regulations
