About this product

  • Select the number of days you need when booking. If you decide to keep the device longer, those extra days will be charged at original retail price upon return
  • Days are calculated and charged inclusively. If you pick up the device on Thursday and return it on Monday, a total of five days will be charged
  • Days are calculated and charged regardless of whether or not you are using the service

Usage reminder

  • The speed of your connection is dependent on your reception
  • Speed-slowdowns may occur after using more than 10GB.
  • There is a minimum rental period of 3 days.
  • Kindly ensure your device pick up and drop off dates are in sync with your arrival and departure dates. The local operator will not process your booking if you fail to pick up your WiFi device on the date specified
  • Please note: Download your PDF voucher into your mobile phone or take a screenshot of the pick up location. It will be helpful to find the directions at the airport without online access when you arrive
  • Please check the terminal your flight will arrive and select the pick up area accordingly.

Voucher type

  • Present your mobile voucher and your valid ID

Validity

  • Use your voucher at the selected date and time

Activation procedure

  • Switch on device and enable WiFi from your devices

Pick-up information

  • Present your voucher when you pick up the device

Drop-off/return Information

  • Please pay for any extra days you rented the device
  • Return the WiFi Device to the counter you selected upon booking

Surcharges

  • Loss of set : KRW 160,000
  • Loss of USIM : KRW 10,000
  • Loss of WIFI device : KRW 150,000
  • Damage on the WIFI device : KRW 120,000
  • Damage on the WIFI screen : KRW 50,000
  • Even if the device is returned earlier than the drop off date, remaining days are ineligible for refund

Cancellation policy

  • Full refunds will be issued for cancellations made at least 48 hour(s) before the selected activity date
