  • Select the number of days you need when booking. If you decide to keep the device longer, those extra days will be charged at original retail price upon return
  • Days are calculated and charged inclusively. If you pick up the device on Thursday and return it on Monday, a total of five days will be charged
  • WiFi devices are generally in stock. In the rare case that none are available, you will be notified at least 1 day in advance via email
  • A deposit of VND 1,000,000 will be charged upon pick up. The deposit will be refunded after the device is returned

Surcharges

  • Loss, damage, or breakage of WiFi device: VND3,650,000
  • Loss, damage, or breakage of carrying pouch: VND110,000
  • Loss, damage, or breakage of USB cable: VND110,000
  • Loss or breakage of multi-plug: VND 350,000
  • If delivery address is outside of free shipping districts in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh, an additional surcharge of VND 35,000 will apply and should be paid in cash directly to the shipper

Cancellation policy

  • Full refunds will be issued for cancellations made at least 72 hour(s) before the selected activity date
