What to expect
Lawrenny is one of the few true paddock-to-bottle distilleries in the world. The barley is grown onsite and combined with freshwater that flows just meters from the distillery. This pure water is used throughout the whisky-making process, from mash to barrel and bottle, leaving a subtle but unmistakable imprint on the final spirit.
During this tasting, you’ll sample a selection of three award-winning single malts and discover how Tasmania’s unique climate and cask selection shape each expression. You will be guided through the stories, characters, and innovation behind each release, from the light and layered Homestead to the bold richness of Tarkine.
