What to expect

A newly opened facility offering tea ceremony experiences and sake tasting. It’s located just a 5-minute walk from Subway Karasuma Oike Station.

The tea ceremony is a traditional Japanese practice of serving matcha, where every movement, utensil, and space encourages mindfulness and respect for the moment. You’ll start by learning about the tea ceremony’s history. Then, enjoy matcha and a sweet prepared by the host, followed by making your own bowl of matcha.

Chairs are available for those who prefer them. Matcha, tea bowls and select items are also available for purchase.

The Shared Plan is a group session with other guests.
