Cancellation policy

• In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the tour. If this happens, you have the option to request a full refund
• A full refund will be issued in case of unforeseen events or extreme weather caused the following condition: Some of the activities are cancelled
• If you've participated in at least one activity, visited at least one attraction or used one of the tickets, refunds can't be issued
• Full refunds will only be issued for unsuccessful or rejected bookings
• Lost, stolen or damaged tickets can't be refunded
• For any product quality/damage issues, contact Klook customer support ASAP with photo/video proof
• Be aware that the approval of reschedules, amendments or refunds are subject to availability
• Refunds or amendments can't be issued if: Participants arrive late or don't arrive at all
• Refunds or amendments can't be issued if: Participants don't follow the rules
• Refunds can't be issued for any participants who are late by 10 minutes or more
• Refunds or amendments can't be issued if: Participants can't provide a valid license and/or the required documents
• The activity will be rescheduled if there is not a minimum of 3 participants. If this happens, you'll get a rescheduled time or refund
