Good to know
Please use public transportation when coming to the venue! Please refrain from parking in nearby facilities (AEON Mall, Ks Denki, Shinsennan Hospital, etc.) or parking on the street.
To customers using trains: The nearest station, Nankai Tarui Station, is expected to be very crowded. Customers using IC tickets are asked to help alleviate congestion by charging your IC card in advance at the boarding station.
From this year, all paid seats are reserved.
Please note that it will be very crowded just before the start of the show, so please come early.

After the fireworks, in order to avoid congestion, you will be asked to leave the venue in stages after the closing time. Please wait in your seat until you are instructed.
In the event of bad weather such as strong winds, heavy rain, or thunder, we may have to cancel or postpone the event. In particular, the decision to cancel or postpone due to strong winds may be made just before the fireworks are launched. In the event of cancellation or postponement due to bad weather, we will not compensate for travel expenses, etc. Please be aware of this if you are coming from far away.
About the venue on the day Music may be difficult to hear in some areas. Please be aware of this. On the day, you will be given a wristband for each area at the entrance. Re-entry is possible. Please present your wristband at the re-entry entrance. If you lose it, you will not be allowed to re-enter. Chairs, tripods, drones, and selfie sticks are not allowed. (Chairs and tripods are allowed only in the camera shooting area) Tents, coolers, carry wagons, and other equipment are also not allowed. Pets are not allowed to enter the venue. We cannot take care of pets. *Guide dogs and service dogs are excluded. Food and drink are allowed to be brought in. (Alcohol is not allowed) Please refrain from bringing in large amounts of food and drink. Umbrellas and parasols are allowed inside the venue, but please refrain from using them in the spectator seating area. There is no place to store or leave strollers. Please fold up your stroller and store it in your seat.
About tickets
Up to one preschool child can enter for free per ticket purchased. Please watch the show on your lap. A paid seat ticket is required for the second child and above.
In the wheelchair area, up to one caregiver can accompany one wheelchair user. Please purchase a caregiver's seat ticket for the caregiver.
No refunds will be given for incorrect ticket purchases. Please check carefully when purchasing.
In the event of a postponement, your ticket will be used for the postponed performance, so please keep it safe. In the event of cancellation, refund details will be announced on the official website after the decision is made. Please check the official website from time to time.
