- Seat arrangement: In principle, carpooling trips are arranged on a first-come, first-served basis. If you have special needs, please make a note when booking. We will try our best to coordinate, but the final arrangement will be subject to the on-site dispatch of the tour guide.
- Itinerary sequence adjustment instructions: Due to Japan's strict control of the use time of operating vehicles, the attractions, transportation and stay time included in the itinerary will be flexibly arranged according to the situation on the day. In case of special circumstances such as traffic jams and weather changes, the tour guide will consult the majority of opinions and reasonably adjust the sequence or delete some attractions. Please cooperate.
- Instructions for not leaving the group midway The trip is a group activity, and you cannot leave the group midway or leave the group without authorization. If you choose to leave the group midway, the remaining trip will be deemed to be voluntarily abandoned and the fee will not be refunded. The risks or responsibilities caused after leaving the group are borne by the individual.
