Please ensure that the mobile phone number you provided is reachable (it may be postponed to 21:00 during holidays). If you have not been contacted by the deadline, please call the emergency contact number in the confirmation SMS or contact platform customer service.
If your travel order includes a flight ticket arriving at Xiaoshan Airport, we will provide a free airport pick-up service (adults only, children at their own expense). The pick-up method is: take the Xiaoshan Airport to Hangzhou East Railway Station airport bus/or Metro Line 19. We will bear this cost (this cost is not included for Hangzhou group tour itineraries). Please reimburse the cost with our tour guide with relevant ticket purchase vouchers.
