Lake Shikotsu was wonderful and picture worthy. The only thing we could’ve wished for was a longer time allotted for the spot. It was relatively short.

Lake Shikotsu was amazing! This place alone made the trip worthwhile. As for the provided lunch, the chicken in the hotpot was unfortunately raw on the inside probably due to insufficient heat and the flame went out quite quickly. Mt. Usu was fun to explore despite the foggy weather when we first went up. There was even some flurries which made up for the unclear view. Thankfully the sky cleared up a little when we were about to leave!

Excellent views! The tour was conducted by Chuo Bus and they generally do a good job. The only gripe I have is that the food served was cold so it wasn't as tasty as it should have been. Other than that, great tour! Definitely will recommend for the views.

This group belong to government and got good organization. For us we got local lady as tour guide, but she is very good and helpful. We can listening to explain from earphones when you take the bus. Unlucky we are not able to take cable car due to the weather. 👍

I highly enjoyed this trip! Made friends along the way from my home country, Philippines! I loved the view of the lakes and mountain area as well as the selection of food there! I enjoyed taking many pictures of the places I went to! The tour guide was so nice as well! I gave her some dried mangoes from my country and she gave me a japanese snack!

This is recommended for those tourist who has lesser time on trip planning to Lake Shikotsu and Lake Toya. Easily to locate counter to collect the tickets. Time management is great, everything was planned according to the schedule. During the tour, there is multi language audio guide provided to understand the history and culture of the place.

Overall it was a great experience. The tour guide was very nice and accommodating. Instructions were easy to follow and the audio guide was very informative. Due to the lack of traffic getting there and people on the tour coming back to the bus on time we were given extra time at each location.

The tour is very convenient and suitable for those who want to explore Lake Toya for a day without staying there. The Japanese style lunch is superb and delicious! Although the tour guide cannot speak English but the audio is informative, can choose 4 languages English, Chinese, Korea and Japanese.

Nice scinery for both Lake Shikotsu and Lake Toya. I would like to have more time at lake Shikotsu as we do not have much time. Delicious lunch and friendly tour guide even she can't speak English well.
