Pre-trip Information: Expect heavy traffic during the Japanese Obon Festival (around August 13th - August 16th). Please do not reserve restaurants/flights/Shinkansen, etc. It is recommended to bring essential items such as light snacks and a power bank.

Please be sure to arrive on time for the meeting: If you do not participate in the trip due to personal reasons (late arrival/getting lost/physical discomfort, etc.), you will not be refunded. Please note that no refunds will be given. This itinerary is a shared ride with a fixed route. You will be sharing with other passengers throughout the entire trip, and stopping outside of the scenic spots is not permitted. Depending on the number of people in the group on the day, a smaller vehicle with a driver who also serves as a guide may be used. Please cooperate with the staff’s arrangements throughout the trip. (With a smaller vehicle, you will enjoy a more flexible itinerary pace. The driver will mainly focus on driving, and the explanation content will be relatively brief.) [Important Information During the Trip] The stopover time at each attraction has been optimized. Please strictly adhere to the time to avoid affecting the overall itinerary. The itinerary time may be adjusted due to irresistible factors such as traffic, weather, and crowds. In the event of delays or partial itinerary changes, refunds or compensation cannot be requested. Please understand the uncertainties of the journey. During holidays and peak periods, traffic congestion may occur. The driver-guide will flexibly adjust the itinerary depending on the situation. Please be mentally prepared and thank you for your understanding and cooperation. To maintain the cleanliness of the car, please do not eat or drink in the car. If any stains are caused, a cleaning fee will be charged according to local standards. Please create a comfortable riding environment together. If you leave the group on your own or depart midway after the trip starts, it will be regarded as an automatic waiver of service, and no refund will be given. (You will be responsible for safety during the period of leaving the group.)

* During peak travel seasons on Japanese public holidays and weekends, there is often serious traffic congestion or attractions close early. It is recommended not to book flights, Shinkansen, or dinners for the same evening, and bring your own light snacks and power bank.
