- This tour is a Japanese tour. The tour conductor will provide language support using a translator (Pocket Talk).
- Please note that the event details and start time of the fireworks festival are subject to change without prior notice.
- It may take 30~40 minutes on foot from the parking lot to the viewing area. The path is unpaved, so please wear comfortable walking shoes.
- The tour will proceed even in rain, as the fireworks show is held rain or shine. However, in severe weather (e.g., typhoons, flooding), the event may be canceled.
- If canceled or postponed after departure due to sudden weather, no refunds (including reserved seats) will be provided.
- Return may be after midnight (around 24:00 or later). Due to traffic or crowds, you may miss the last train or bus. Extra transport costs (e.g., taxis) are at your own expense.
- If canceled before the tour date, a refund will be issued minus the ¥4,000 reserved seat fee. No refunds if canceled after departure. Travel costs to/from the meeting point are your responsibility.
- If canceled due to weather, the event will be postponed to Saturday, Sept. 6.
- Return time is an estimate and may be delayed by traffic. Please check the last train/bus schedule in advance and plan accordingly.
