Good to know

  • A separate Fuji climbing fee/mountain entry fee (trail usage fee) of ¥4,000 is required (not included in the tour price and must be paid locally).
  • The departure time for the return trip and arrival times at each location are subject to change depending on traffic conditions.
  • The mountain hut accommodation is a two-story, mixed-gender dormitory style room, and the space allocated to each person may be less than the size of one tatami mat.
  • If you are unable to stay at the reserved mountain hut on the day and must stay at another mountain hut, you will be responsible for the accommodation fee, and no refund will be given for the tour price.
  • Please be sure to have a health checkup before departure. Elderly individuals, those with health concerns, chronic illnesses, or physical or mental disabilities must inform us in advance and participate only after a doctor's diagnosis.
  • To ensure the safety and smooth operation of this tour, the age limit for participating in the Mount Fuji climb is 6 to under 70 years old. Those under 6 years old and 70 years old or older cannot participate.
  • During peak season, you may be accommodated in a mountain hut other than the one stated in advance. Thank you for your understanding.
  • If the "Crater Rim Tour Option" proceeds, participants will be reorganized into the Crater Rim Tour group and the Descent group according to their preferences. Please understand that the mountain guide may also be different from the one during the ascent.
  • For safety reasons during the climb, please be sure to follow the group's instructions. If you need to separate from the guide, please be sure to clearly inform them of your itinerary before taking action.
  • A guide will also accompany you on the descent. The guide will lead the way until the descent route diverges, and then provide support from the rear. (Full support is provided from the 5th station to the summit.)
  • This tour will proceed as scheduled regardless of rain, but no refund will be given if the guide determines that the climb should be canceled due to weather or other circumstances.
