Kyoto Arashiyama Scenic Train & Hozugawa River Boat Ride Day Trip (From Osaka / Kyoto)

Please arrive at the designated location on time and meet with the Easy Go tour guide to check in, according to the meeting time listed on the itinerary page. The operator's staff will not actively contact you in advance, so please pay attention.

Small Train/Cruise Precautions

• If the small train ticket cannot be provided, JPY 880 per person will be refunded through the platform.
• Customers who choose a plan that does not include the Hozugawa River cruise experience can also purchase tickets on-site on the day, but please note that you may not be able to board the ship due to weather or other factors (example: the number of people has reached the upper limit).
• The Hozugawa River cruise experience may be suspended due to weather or other factors, and the rest of the itinerary will proceed as usual on the day. If the cruise is suspended, the ticket fee will be partially refunded by the platform after the trip ends (non-facility official price), please forgive me.
• If you choose not to participate in the Hozugawa River cruise experience, you will need to wait until the passengers participating in the cruise have finished boarding before the bus will go to Arashiyama together.
• Sagano sightseeing train seats cannot be specified

Clothing and items to bring

• Each guest can bring one suitcase (maximum size). Luggage may need to be checked into the luggage compartment, or it can be brought into the seat. Please carry valuables with you. The operator is not responsible for any loss.
• Temperatures may vary due to seasonal and weather changes, so please prepare for cold or heat protection yourself.

Precautions

• The itinerary is mainly in Chinese service, and the accompanying staff will try their best to arrange corresponding staff according to your selected language preference.
• Depending on the number of people, a small bus may be used, and the driver may also serve as a tour guide.
• Seats are not specified, if you have any requests, please make them to the tour guide on the day.
• There is no toilet on the bus, please forgive me.
• Meals are not included, please prepare them yourself before departure.

Participation Restrictions

• If you do not arrive at the meeting time, you will be deemed as absent and no refund will be given. Please be sure to confirm the meeting location in advance and arrive on time.
• A tour guide accompanies the itinerary, but does not provide professional commentary.
• According to facility regulations, from now on, all pre-school children (including infants) are subject to charges. If there are children aged 0–2 in previously ordered orders, but it is not noted that they need to take a boat, an additional Hozugawa children’s ticket fee will need to be paid on site. Please note.
• Children must be taller than 80 cm to experience the Hozugawa rafting cruise. Please be sure to note this in the order.

Other matters

• Due to traffic/weather conditions and other factors, the time spent at attractions may be shortened, and the order of some itineraries may be adjusted. Please forgive me.
• If you are unable to connect to public transportation due to delayed arrival time, the related taxi and other transportation expenses and accommodation expenses shall be borne by the guests themselves.
• If the trip is cancelled due to special circumstances on the day, the operator will contact you by phone or email. If you do not receive a contact, it means that the itinerary will proceed as originally planned.
• If you are late or unable to participate in the itinerary due to delays in your own transportation, you will be charged 100% of the fee.
