[Important Information Before Departure]

  • We will send you a pre-departure notice between 18:00 and 20:00 the day before departure with your tour guide's information. Please check all your inboxes, as the email may be mistakenly filtered into your spam folder. During peak season, there may be delays in sending the email, so please bear with us. In special circumstances, if you receive multiple emails, please refer to the latest one. If you use WeChat, you can proactively add the tour guide's account based on the information in the email.
  • In the event of bad weather conditions such as typhoons or blizzards, a decision will be made by 12:00 (local time) on the day before departure whether to cancel the trip, and you will be notified by email.
  • Each passenger can bring one 29-inch piece of luggage.

[Meeting and Departure]

  • It is recommended that you arrive at the meeting point in advance to avoid missing the departure time.
  • This tour is a shared ride, and in order to protect the rights and interests of all passengers and ensure the smooth running of the tour, we will depart on time. We appreciate your understanding that we will not wait for latecomers.
  • If you are late due to personal reasons, you will not be refunded. Please be sure to adhere to the meeting time.
  • There are many exits and complicated routes at the Kyoto meeting point. Please arrive early and wait patiently for the vehicle or tour leader.

[Contact Information]

  • Unless there are special circumstances, the driver/tour guide will not proactively contact you in advance.
  • If you do not want to return to the departure point with the vehicle after the tour, please indicate this in the remarks column when booking; if you decide to leave the group on the spot, you must sign a Chinese/English waiver before you can leave the group on your own.

[Weather and Temporary Changes]

  • The itinerary will be flexibly adjusted according to the weather and road conditions of the day, including the duration and order of attractions.
  • If some facilities cannot operate due to force majeure during the tour, a partial refund will be provided. However, because the facility fees included in the tour fee are different from the published prices of the facilities, refunds cannot be based on the published prices of the facilities. [Notes for Children and the Elderly]

  • If children under 7 years old want to experience the chairlift, please have an adult hold them face-to-face on their lap while riding.
  • If children or the elderly are unable to ride the chairlift, please ask the tour guide to help arrange a ride on the monorail (free of charge). However, the monorail runs every 20 minutes, which may affect the overall tour time. Thank you for your understanding.

[Tour Guide Service]

  • This tour mainly provides commentary in Chinese. There is no guarantee that staff will be available in English, Japanese, or Korean on the day.
  • The tour leader is not a professional tour guide and only provides brief itinerary explanations and attraction introductions, without in-depth guided tours. Thank you for your understanding.
