- Luggage size (one piece): 54 cm x 33 cm x 75 cm. Items exceeding this size will be counted as 2 pieces. A maximum of 3 pieces are allowed.
- 7-Seater Vehicle
- Capacity: 1 - 6 people
- Luggage size (one piece): 54cm x 33 cm x 75 cm. Any piece exceeding this size will be counted as 2 pieces. A maximum of 5 pieces are allowed.
- 9-Seater Vehicle
- Capacity: 1 - 8 passengers
- Luggage size (one piece): 54cm x 33 cm x 75 cm. Items exceeding this size will be counted as 2 pieces. A maximum of 7 pieces are allowed.

During the 2026 Lunar New Year period (February 14–February 22), a special period surcharge of NT$1,000 will be added to each order and must be paid in cash to the driver on the day of travel.
- Driver information will be provided 1 day before departure.
- Pets are allowed in the vehicle, but there will be an additional charge of NT$500 per pet. Pets must be caged (except for service dogs).
- The supplier will contact passengers via messaging apps (Line, WeChat, WhatsApp) before the ride to confirm the itinerary and driver information.
- If there are special or large items that need to be loaded, please confirm with the supplier in advance whether they can be loaded.
- Please be sure to fasten your seat belts while riding.
- This product is for point-to-point transportation. If there are other activities on the return trip (washing or celebration parties), it will be calculated as overtime:
5-seater: NT$300/per 30 minutes
9-seater: NT$350/per 30 minutes - The driving route will be based on what is stated on the product. Additional charges may apply for special routes (confirm with customer service after placing the order).
- Additional pick-up point fee: The price of this product only includes one pick-up point. If you want to add a pick-up/drop-off location along the way, you will be charged separately (please confirm with customer service staff for details).
- If the itinerary requires a local high-chassis transfer vehicle, you will need to arrange the reservation yourself. This fee is not included.
- The activity time on the day of the itinerary may be changed due to weather, traffic, or other force majeure factors. No refunds will be given, please understand.
- If it snows, the cost of installing snow chains on the car will be borne by the customer, and the cost will be based on the local snow chain operator's charges.
- If the Central Weather Bureau issues a typhoon or heavy rain warning, or if the national park is closed, the trip can be postponed (postponement period: within one year).
