Good to know
- Pool venue may vary – Sessions may be held in indoor, or open-air outdoor pools. If held outdoors, they are weather-dependent. You’ll be notified at least 3 hours in advance if rain causes a cancellation.
- Arrive early – Arrive at least 20 minutes before the session to change, settle in, and ease into your floating bed.
- What to wear – Comfortable attire, yoga, activewear or swimwear. Avoid zippers and sharp accessories to protect the float bed.
- Stay warm & cozy – Bring a large towel or blanket if you get cold easily. An extra towel and change of clothes is recommended (minor splashes may occur).
- No swimming required – Float beds are stable and designed for effortless relaxation.
- Let go of expectations – Each experience is unique. You may feel calm, emotional, or energetically renewed. Trust your body’s wisdom.
- Eat light – Have a light meal before the session.
- Avoid alcohol – Abstain from alcohol at least 6 hours before and after to allow your body to fully benefit from the session.
- Stay hydrated – Drink plenty of water after the session to support detox and integration.
- Respect the space – Help us maintain a clean, peaceful environment. No food or drinks near the pool.
- Health & safety – If you are pregnant, have medical conditions, or special needs, consult your doctor and inform us before attending.
- Media consent – Photos/videos may be taken. Let us know in advance if you prefer not to be featured.
