Outdoor Tips:

  1. Guizhou has many mountain roads. After exiting the highway, vehicles enter mountainous areas with winding road conditions. If you experience motion sickness, please ask the tour leader for motion sickness medication.
  2. Guanling Bingbai is a trekking route. The hiking process involves walking on the riverbed. Pay attention to your footing to prevent sprains, maintain balance, and avoid putting your hands in your pockets. Wait for the tour leader's assistance to pass through dangerous sections.
  3. There is moss near the waterfall, so be careful of slipping. Pass slowly. Take photos after you have a firm footing and listen to the tour leader's arrangements.
  4. It is hot and dry in summer. When drinking water, take "small sips slowly" and distribute drinking water reasonably.
  5. During the hike, listen to the tour leader's arrangements. If you have problems such as injuries, heatstroke, or need to use the restroom, communicate with the tour leader in a timely manner. The tour leader has medicine kits, sanitary products, and other supplies.
