- These tours are group tours, and there may be instances of waiting for others during the tour. We ask for your understanding and patience.
- In the event of force majeure (natural disasters, governmental actions, etc.) or unforeseen circumstances not attributable to the travel agency (weather changes, road blockages, train/flight delays, etc.), our agency reserves the right to adjust the order of the itinerary without affecting the sightseeing experience. Any costs incurred due to these changes will be borne by the traveler. No refunds will be given if the traveler voluntarily leaves the group during the tour for personal reasons.
- Our company shall not be liable for any costs or legal responsibilities arising from delays or detentions of trains, highways, or ships due to force majeure; or from congestion and excessive waiting times at various attractions, stations, and restaurants during peak tourist seasons due to objective factors, which prevent the itinerary from being arranged as originally planned, resulting in losses and consequences.
- Please prepare your usual personal medications (such as Band-Aids, anti-inflammatory drugs, cold medicine, motion sickness medicine, etc.). Please exercise caution when shopping in stores in public places during the trip. The travel agency is not responsible for any consequences arising from these personal activities.
- Please follow the arrangements of the tour guide and cooperate with the driver and tour guide during the tour. Group members should take care of each other, and the minority should be subordinate to the majority. Please pay attention to personal and property safety during free activities. When visiting attractions by boat or rafting, pay attention to the safety of yourself and your belongings, especially to prevent valuables (cameras, wallets, mobile phones, etc.) from being soaked in water. Please arrive at the meeting point on time according to the meeting time informed by the tour guide to avoid missing the time to visit the next attraction.
- If you have any complaints, opinions, or suggestions regarding the services arranged by our agency during the tour, please raise them locally in a timely manner so that we can actively cooperate in handling them! If the complaint is not resolved locally, our agency will also file it locally. Complaints not filed locally will be considered invalid. If no objection is raised during the reception process, it will be deemed satisfactory, and complaints will no longer be accepted after returning to the group. Please fill in the tourist opinion feedback form carefully, as this is the main basis for handling complaints. Complaints inconsistent with the opinion feedback form will not be accepted.
- Enshi is a gathering place for ethnic minorities. Please respect local beliefs, customs, and cultural habits. There is standing water in some places in the canyon. Be careful not to play around, and be prepared for slipping and water droplets.
- Please be sure to pay attention to your own safety, and carry valuables with you!! Do not leave valuables in the hotel or tour bus! Please take care of your personal belongings during the trip. The travel agency is not liable for compensation for losses due to improper personal storage.
- You must bring a valid ID with you when you depart. If you are unable to check in, take a train, check into a hotel, or visit attractions due to not carrying a valid ID, you will be responsible for the losses yourself.
- Tourists must participate in the travel itinerary arranged by the travel agency on the premise of their own good health, and must not deceive or conceal. The travel agency is not responsible for any accidents caused by the tourist's physical discomfort.
- The travel agency does not recommend that tourists participate in activities with uncertain personal safety. The travel agency is not responsible for the consequences arising from tourists' unauthorized actions.
- If a tourist voluntarily leaves the group or changes the itinerary midway for personal reasons, it will be regarded as an automatic waiver. The travel agency cannot refund any fees, and the tourist will be responsible for other expenses and safety issues arising therefrom.
- Without reducing the number of attractions, our agency has the right to adjust the order of the itinerary. If the itinerary is delayed or changed due to force majeure or the tourist's own reasons, our company is not responsible for the losses and responsibilities caused thereby, and the expenses incurred shall be borne by the guest.
- The tour guide will inform you of the meeting time and place about 1 day in advance. Please be sure to arrive on time, otherwise, to avoid delaying the itinerary of other guests, we will depart on time and refuse to wait. If you do not arrive on time due to your own reasons, you will bear the full loss.
