What to expect

The session begins with a 15-minute briefing that covers the basics of stand-up paddleboarding. This includes an introduction to the different parts of the equipment, basic paddling strokes, essential safety guidelines, and instructions on how to care for the equipment both on land and in water. Following that, a 15-minute water demonstration is conducted by the instructor while participants observe from the beach

The main portion of the activity consists of a 1-hour practical session on the water. the instructor provides guidance to ensure participants develop basic paddling proficiency and understand key safety aspects of the sport. All equipment must be washed, returned to the rack, and checked back in after the session—including the paddle, leg leash, and personal flotation device
