Shuttle Bus Route:

• The timings below are for reference only and may be affected by weather, political, and traffic conditions on the day of the departure or return. Please be patient if any delays may occur
• The departure times for each route is different from each other; please check the departure time indicated on your ticket carefully
• Please arrive at the meet up point least 10-15 minutes before the scheduled departure time. The bus will always leave on time

Airport Line: From Incheon Int'l Airport to Resort

• 8:00am Incheon Int'l Airport Terminal 2 (Departure hall 1st floor exit No.3)
• 8:30am Incheon Int'l Airport Terminal 1 (Departure hall 1st floor exit No.8)
• 9:20am Hongik Univ. Station
• 9:40am Insadong SM Duty Free Shop
• 12:00pm rental shop (Snow slide, clothes, and goggles are available for rent at KRW10,000 each)
• 12:30pm arrive at Phoenix Park Pyeongchang (hotel lobby)

Airport Line: From Resort to Incheon Int'l Airport by Airport Express Train

• 4:30pm departure from Phoenix Park Pyeongchang
• 7:00-7:30pm arrive at Seoul Station
• 7:30-8:00pm take AREX
• 8:50pm-9:20pm arrive at Incheon Int'l Airport

Seoul Line: From Seoul to Resort

• 9:20am Hongik Univ. Station
• 9:40am Insadong SM Duty Free Shop
• 12:00pm rental shop (Snow slide, clothes, and goggles are available for rent at KRW10,000 each)
• 12:30pm arrive at Phoenix Park Pyeongchang (hotel lobby)

Seoul Line: From Resort to Seoul

• 4:30pm departure from Phoenix Park Pyeongchang
• 7:30pm Hongik Univ. Station
• 8:00pm Insadong SM Duty Free Shop

Additional Information:

• The round trip ticket of the Airport Line package comprises of both departure ticket and return ticket (including AREX ticket). The departure date and return date should be different dates from 1 Dec 2018 to 28 Feb 2019
• The round trip ticket of the Seoul Line package comprises of both departure ticket and return ticket. The departure date and return date should be different dates from 1 Dec 2018 to 28 Feb 2019. The one way ticket can be used on any date within 1 Dec 2018 to 28 Feb 2019
• Same day round trip is allowed but not recommended
• Free for children aged 0-2 who will not be occupying their own seats
• Child ticket is the same price as the adult ticket for the Airport Line package
• Children aged 2-11 need to purchase the child ticket for the Seoul Line package
• Please note that there are no child seats available inside the bus
• The shuttle bus is not wheelchair/stroller accessible
• The Airport Line package requires a minimum booking of 2 people
• The shuttle bus ticket doesn't include gear rental fees. Please bring at least KRW10,000 cash if you need to rent gears
• The shuttle bus transfer may be canceled in cases of bad weather. You will be given the option of booking an alternative date or requesting a full refund
• No refunds will be issued for cancelations due to personal reasons
• Please return all the rented gear (skis/clothes/goggles/etc.) to Phoenix Park Hotel concierge desk within 9:00am-6:00pm. There is a penalty fee for the late return of the gear. Please check the rental store for the amount
• The shuttle bus is for non-Korean passport holders only. Please bring your passport as proof
• Insurance is not included in the ticket and the ski/snowboard lessons; we recommend that you purchase your own accident insurance
• In case of any emergency situations (such as failure to find the meet up point), please call the phone number that can be seen at the bottom of your voucher
• There is no space for large luggage on the tour bus. You may bring a small backpack
• There is no tour guide included in the transfer, but an English/Chinese speaking guide or staff will provide some instructions before the bus departs

Ski or Snowboard Lessons Information:

• Please note: The ski or snowboard lesson is only available with the shuttle bus ticket. You cannot purchase the lesson separately
• The ski or snowboard lesson runs from 2:00pm-4:00pm
• The ski or snowboard class is available for people aged 7+ only
• Each ski or snowboard lesson has a maximum of 20 participants
