Senior Eligibility

• Any guest who is 90 years of age or older at the time of embarkation from Taiwan will not be permitted to board the ship.
• This restriction also applies upon the return to Taiwan, guests who reach or exceed their 90th birthday upon returning to Taiwan will not be permitted to board the ship.

International Tourist Tax

Each departing Japan passenger (aged 2 and above) have to pay NT$220 (Two Hundred and Twenty New Taiwan Dollars) equivalent to JP¥1,000 (One Thousand Japanese Yen) for International Tourist Tax and to be paid onboard.

Gratuities

• Gratuity for Interior to Oceanview: 600 NTD per person per night
• Gratuity for Balcony: 800 NTD per person per night
• Gratuity for Palace Suites and above: 1000 NTD per person per night

Check-ins

• Please visit https://webcheckin.stardreamcruises.com/ for mandatory Online Check-In that is open for you to input your details correctly. NOTE: Online Check-In closes 48 hours before departure.
• Please use the StarCruises booking ID for your online check-in, the ID can be found on your Klook voucher below the QR code.
• If you are unable to do your online check-in, you can still do a manual check-in on the day of sailing
• You will only get your cabin number and room keycards at the counter
