What to expect
Experience a unique journey to the Stanserhorn with a historic-meets-modern twist. Begin with a nostalgic ride on the 1893 funicular, then ascend in the futuristic CabriO—an open-top, double-decker cable car. The scenic 25-minute trip runs April–November from Stans (450 m) to the 1,850 m summit, with a stop in Kälti (714 m) and optional pickup at Bluematt on request. Just lift the phone at the Bluematt hut to call the station. At the top, enjoy breathtaking views from a star-shaped revolving restaurant.
