- When joining the tour in Beijing, guests must bring valid identification (expired identification is not accepted).
- Tourists must pay attention to their personal safety and carry valuables with them. Do not leave valuables in the hotel or tour bus! Please take care of your personal belongings during the tour. The travel agency is not liable for any losses caused by improper personal safekeeping.
- You must bring valid identification with you when departing. If you are unable to board the plane, take the train, check into a hotel, or visit scenic spots due to not carrying valid identification, you will be responsible for the losses incurred.
- Tourists must ensure that they are in good health before participating in the travel itinerary arranged by the travel agency. They must not deceive or conceal any health conditions. The travel agency is not responsible for any accidents caused by the tourist's physical discomfort.
- The travel agency does not recommend tourists to participate in activities with uncertain personal safety. The travel agency is not responsible for the consequences arising from tourists' unauthorized actions.
- If tourists leave the group or change the itinerary midway for personal reasons, it will be regarded as an automatic waiver. The travel agency will not be able to refund any fees, and the tourists will be responsible for other expenses and safety issues arising therefrom (if tourists leave the group, the relevant fees will not be refunded, and a group departure fee of 100 RMB/person/day will be charged).
- Upon arrival at the hotel, you need to go to the front desk and register your name to check in. When checking in, you need to pay a deposit of 100-300 RMB according to the hotel's requirements. If the room items are damaged or the room card is lost, you will need to compensate the hotel for the loss. If there is no damage to the items or other consumption, the full deposit will be returned upon check-out with the deposit slip.
- The default arrangement is a twin room, one room for 2 adults. This itinerary does not offer room sharing. If you are traveling as an odd number of adults, please be sure to purchase one "Single Room Supplement"; a single room will be arranged for you if you are traveling alone; if three adults are traveling, purchase an additional "Single Room Supplement" and two rooms will be arranged for you.
