- Asahiyama Zoo will be closed from November 4th to November 10th, and from December 30th to December 31st. Weekends and holidays in Japan (especially around the Obon Festival from August 13th to 16th) are prone to traffic jams during peak travel times, and some attractions may close early. The itinerary may be adjusted or shortened depending on actual conditions. It is recommended not to book dinner, flights, or Shinkansen, and to bring snacks, portable chargers, and other items. We apologize for any inconvenience.
- Please inform us in advance if you need to bring luggage. The luggage fee is JPY2000 per piece, payable in cash to the driver or guide on the day.
- Please ensure that the communication app you provide can be used to contact you during your trip to Japan. We will contact you one day in advance. We will send the vehicle information and guide information for the next day's trip to your email address before 8:00 PM the day before departure. Please check it carefully (it may be in the spam folder). To ensure a smooth trip, please be sure to contact your guide or driver promptly. Thank you.
- If the number of participants does not reach the minimum number required for the tour to proceed, the tour will be canceled. You will receive an email notification of the tour cancellation 4 days prior to departure.
- In the event of bad weather conditions such as typhoons or snowstorms, a decision will be made on whether to cancel the tour by 6:00 PM (local time) one day prior to departure, and you will be notified by email at any time thereafter.
- Please wear light clothing and shoes, and bring warm clothing (if needed).
- The above itinerary is for reference only, and traffic conditions are beyond our control. Please avoid scheduling activities for the evening. We apologize for any delays.
- Our company is not responsible for, and cannot provide refunds or rescheduling due to force majeure factors such as transportation and weather that prevent participation in the tour or poor-quality scenery photos. Thank you for your understanding.
- Please be aware that the tour itinerary or duration at each attraction may be adjusted due to traffic congestion, facility maintenance, or other factors. Please inform those who need to know.
- The company will not provide refunds to customers who abandon the tour midway due to personal reasons.
- Please be sure to arrive at the designated meeting point at the specified time and do not be late. As this tour cannot be transferred to other departures or joined midway, if you fail to participate in the day trip due to your own reasons, you will be responsible for the corresponding losses. - This tour only provides guidance in Chinese or Japanese. If you require an English-speaking guide, please indicate this when placing your order.
