- 【Leader Notice】The tour leader will contact you before 9:00 PM the day before the gathering date to confirm the specific departure time. On the morning of the tour day, around 6:00 AM, the tour leader will come to pick you up and start our journey.
- 【Leader Service】The tour leader serves as a part-time guide and will not enter scenic spots. Please be aware that they do not possess the qualities of a professional tour guide.
- 【Luggage】Each person is allowed a suitcase no larger than 22 inches; two people sharing a suitcase should not exceed 24 inches. We recommend traveling light. If you must bring large luggage, please contact customer service.
- 【Room Supplement】The hotel service included in this product is priced for two people sharing a room. A single person staying in a room will need to pay a room supplement.
- Due to the high altitude and associated risks in Western Sichuan, we do not accept bookings for individuals under 3 years old or over 65 years old. We do not accept bookings for pregnant women or individuals with high blood pressure, high blood sugar, heart disease, cardiovascular disease, diabetes, respiratory diseases, lung diseases, those recovering from surgery, or any other conditions that make them unsuitable for high altitudes. If you conceal your medical condition or actual situation when booking, our company will not be responsible for any problems that arise.
- When booking, please be sure to provide accurate and complete information (name, gender, ID number, nationality, contact information, whether adult or child, etc.) to avoid booking errors that may affect your trip. - Minors under the age of 18 must be accompanied by at least one parent or adult traveler throughout the entire trip.
