- I. 【Shuttle Bus Schedule for Distribution Center】: Shanghai Hongqiao Transportation Hub: 10:00-16:00, departs every hour on the hour, and drops off at the Bund Distribution Center. Shanghai Pudong Airport: 10:00-15:00, departs every hour on the hour, and drops off at the Bund Distribution Center.
- II. 【Shuttle Bus Schedule for Hotel Check-in】: Shanghai Hongqiao Transportation Hub: 18:00-24:00, departs every two hours on the hour, and drops off at the hotel. Shanghai Pudong Airport: 16:00-24:00, departs every two hours on the hour, and drops off at the hotel.

- The pick-up service is only available on the day of the tour. We are unable to provide pick-up service for early or late arrivals. Thank you for your understanding!
- The distribution center provides free luggage storage service. Luggage storage time is from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Thank you for your understanding!
- The shuttle bus departs on time. We are not responsible for any inability to travel to the Bund on the same day due to flight or train delays!
- In case of special circumstances where the vehicle cannot arrive on time, we will arrange for tourists to take a taxi. Please keep the receipt, and the tour guide will reimburse you!
- The last shuttle bus from the distribution center arrives at the Bund relatively late. If you take the 16:00 bus from Hongqiao or the 15:00 bus from Pudong, you will have very little time to spend at the Bund. We recommend that you sign up for the Shanghai Night View optional tour. You can also choose to explore Shanghai on your own and return to the hotel by yourself in the evening. Please pay attention to the luggage storage time at the distribution center.
- Because the free pick-up shuttle bus service ends at 24:00, if you arrive in Shanghai late, please choose the paid pick-up service. The pick-up service is available for a fee, with the same price for adults and children, at a uniform charge of 80 RMB/person. If you do not choose this service, we will assume that you will go to the hotel on your own. The tour guide will inform you of the specific hotel you will be staying at 1 day before the tour. Please go to the hotel on your own.
