In special cases, if you receive multiple emails, please refer to the latest email. If you use WeChat, you can proactively add the tour guide's account based on the information in the email.
- We will do our best to accommodate seating requests, but as this is a shared tour, seat allocation is mainly based on a first-come, first-served basis. If you have special needs, please inform us in the remarks, and we will do our best to arrange a suitable seat for you. The final arrangement is subject to the coordination of the tour guide on the day. We hope to have your understanding and tolerance. Thank you for your consideration.
- Due to the long driving distance, the actual arrival time will be affected by factors such as traffic and weather. The above times are estimates only. - During peak tourist season or other special circumstances, the departure time of the tour may be earlier or slightly later. The specific departure time is subject to the email notification the day before departure. Please prepare in advance at that time.
- As the one/two-day tour is a shared vehicle tour, please be sure to arrive at the meeting location or attraction on time. No refunds will be given for late arrivals, and any accidental expenses and responsibilities arising from lateness shall be borne by you. Thank you for your understanding.
- In the event of severe weather or other force majeure factors, the park may adjust the operating hours of amusement facilities or the performance schedule without prior notice, or even cancel the operation and performance of some projects. Thank you for your understanding.
- This product may be adjusted according to weather and other factors. To ensure your safety, staff members have the right to ask guests to suspend outdoor activities, communicate with you, and make other arrangements. The specific situation is subject to the actual situation on the day.
- The transportation, sightseeing, and stopover times involved in the itinerary are subject to the actual conditions on the day. If you bring luggage temporarily without notifying us one day in advance, it may cause crowding in the car and affect driving safety. - We will arrange different vehicle types according to the actual number of people traveling. It is not possible to specify the vehicle type. Thank you for your understanding.
- During group tours, it is not possible to leave the group early or leave the group midway. If you choose to leave the group midway, the unfinished part will be deemed as voluntarily abandoned, and no refund will be given. You will be responsible for any accidents that may occur after leaving the group. Thank you for your understanding.
- Seasonal limited activities (such as cherry blossoms, autumn leaves, special flowering periods, illuminations, fireworks displays, snow scenery viewing, hot spring season, festival activities, etc.) are greatly affected by climate, weather, or other force majeure factors, and specific arrangements may be adjusted. Therefore, please refer to the official notification. If no official notification is received to cancel the event, we will arrange it according to the original plan. If the flowering period or special activities cannot meet expectations, no refund will be given. Please be aware of this.
