  • This itinerary is strenuous. Please ensure you are in good health and suitable for travel. We apologize that we cannot accept travelers aged 70 (inclusive) or older on this tour.
  • Due to limited service capabilities, this tour cannot accommodate infants (14 days to 2 years old (not included)).
  • [About Contact] Please ensure your contact information is correct and accessible. Within 24 hours of placing your order, the tour manager will confirm relevant travel information with you via E-MAIL or WeChat. Please check your messages.
  • [Booking Notice] Please place your order at least 7 days in advance for travel during the May Day and National Day holidays. For last-minute bookings, please consult customer service to check ticket availability.
  • [Transportation] The adult price includes round-trip train tickets from Chengdu to Songpan/Huanglong Jiuzhai/Huangshengguan Station, second-class seats. One person, one seat. We do not provide seat requests. Please send your ID information to customer service at least 5 days in advance to purchase tickets.
  • [About Meeting] The staff will confirm the departure time with you one day in advance (approximately 12:00-18:00). Please gather at the specified location and time. As the tour does not include transportation to Chengdu East Station, please go there on your own in advance to avoid missing the high-speed train. If you miss the high-speed train, you will be responsible for the losses.
  • [About Entry] All scenic spots require the original ID card or passport/Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan travel permit for entry. Please be sure to bring the documents you filled in when placing your order. If you are unable to enter the scenic spot due to forgetting to bring relevant documents or incorrect documents, you will be responsible for any additional costs incurred.
  • When entering Tibetan areas, there are local people selling goods in the restrooms, restaurants, service areas, scenic spots, water stations, and next to hotels along the way.   • Minors under the age of 8 must be accompanied by at least one parent or adult passenger throughout the journey. Seniors aged 65 (inclusive) or above who book travel must ensure that they are in good health and suitable for travel, sign a disclaimer agreement, and be accompanied by family members or friends aged 18 or above throughout the journey.
  • Special reminder: Due to the tight train schedule in Jiuzhai and the unstable train schedule back to Chengdu, it is not recommended to buy same-day transportation tickets for the day of return from Jiuzhaigou.
