- [About Accommodation] The default arrangement is a hotel twin room, with 2 adults per room. This itinerary does not offer room sharing. If you are traveling with an odd number of adults, please be sure to purchase a "Single Room Supplement." A single room will be arranged for solo travelers. For 3 adults traveling together, purchase an additional "Single Room Supplement" to have two rooms arranged.
- The order of the day's itinerary may be adjusted depending on the tide times for the sea foraging activity, but the number of attractions and playtime will not be reduced.
- -If affected by typhoons, the sailing experience will be canceled and a full refund will be issued.
- Gulangyu ferry tickets are booked online and require group entry and exit. No refunds will be given for cancellations. Ferry arrival and departure times are subject to the actual tickets purchased. Gulangyu Island implements a visitor quota, and ferry tickets must be booked in advance. Once booked, no price difference can be supplemented, and no additional tickets can be purchased. According to the ferry system regulations, minors over 6 but under 14 years of age, or over 1.2 meters but under 1.5 meters in height, need to purchase a half-price preferential ticket of 18 yuan/person. If failure to board is caused by the customer providing incorrect information, the customer will be responsible. Temporary ticket purchases cannot guarantee consistency with the schedule booked by our company.
- Tourists should ensure they are in good health and that their physical condition allows them to complete the trip. Those under 2 years of age or over 70 years of age, those with cardiovascular, pulmonary, or cerebrovascular diseases or visual or auditory impairments, those who are not suitable for long-distance or high-altitude travel, and those with pre-existing medical conditions or physical disabilities are not suitable to participate. The tourist shall be responsible for any consequences arising from any concealment.
- Carry your ID with you during the trip. The tourist shall be responsible for any losses (such as the inability to travel) caused by forgetting or losing your ID.
- There may be instances of waiting for each other during the trip. Please understand and be considerate of each other. It is everyone's responsibility to travel in a civilized manner.
- Tourists shall be responsible for any personal or property losses incurred due to any public reason. If the tourist is unable to travel due to reasons not attributable to our company, our company will charge for expenses already incurred and a business booking loss fee. If a replacement is required, a separate contract shall prevail. No refunds will be given for cancellations after departure. Our company will not compensate for any reduced portions due to changes in the tourist's itinerary not caused by our company, and the tourist shall be responsible for any increased costs.
- Please learn about the weather and geographical conditions in advance before traveling, and please prepare commonly used warm clothing, heatstroke prevention, sunscreen, rain gear, and common medicines. Please pay attention to personal and property safety when getting on and off the bus, while driving, in scenic spots, and at dining locations. Smoking is prohibited in scenic spots. Please protect public environmental hygiene.
- Free activities indicated in the itinerary are arranged by the tourists themselves. The tourists themselves are responsible for their own property and personal safety during this period. Please pay attention to safety and do not participate in activities that violate Chinese laws or are not suitable for participation.
- Tourist souvenirs, commemorative photos, local products, and small shops are available for sale around or along the way to the scenic spots, which are not services provided by our company, especially those sold by private vendors which are beyond our control. Please do not bargain if you do not intend to buy. If you are interested, please identify them yourself. Any purchase is a personal act, and the tourist shall be responsible for any consequences.
- If standard errors are caused by special reasons, refunds will be made according to the actual situation in accordance with the "Tourism Law." Due to special circumstances during the tourism process, our company reserves the right to temporarily adjust the itinerary without reducing the number of tourist attractions.
- If the tourist's itinerary is reduced due to force majeure or events that cannot be avoided even if the travel agency or performing assistant has fulfilled its reasonable duty of care, our company will refund the expenses not incurred. If delays are caused, our company will assist in making arrangements, and the tourist shall be responsible for the increased expenses.
- Unauthorized departure from the group during the trip without negotiation shall be regarded as a breach of contract by the tourist. The uncompleted portion will be regarded as a voluntary waiver, and our company will no longer provide refunds and will not be liable for any additional expenses incurred by the tourist as a result. Normal project refunds are based on our company's discounted price, not the listed price. The guest shall be responsible for all consequences of unauthorized departure from the group.
- Please keep your mobile phone open so that the tour guide or driver can effectively stay in contact with you.
- Please be sure to bring a valid ID card when sailing, otherwise you will not be able to board the boat.
- Elderly people and children should be accompanied by adult family members and take care of the elderly and children.
