Ticket & Entry Policies

Venue Guidelines

  • Mobile phone use is strictly prohibited during the performance, except in emergencies.
  • The venue is not wheelchair accessible.
  • Some areas are small and dimly lit, with stairs, overhead obstacles, flashing lights, and smoke effects that may cause discomfort.

Code of Conduct

  • Eating, drinking, and smoking are prohibited.
  • Guests must wear the provided Fox Mask anywhere on the head (not covering the face). - Large baggage that doesn’t fit in lockers may be left outside; secure your valuables.

Photography & Social Media

  • Only smartphone photography and videography are allowed.
  • Before the show, most artworks can be photographed.
  • Videos must be under 15 seconds; recording while walking is not allowed.
  • No photography or recording after the performance begins.

Health & Safety

  • Guests with a fever of 37.5°C+ or cold symptoms cannot enter.
  • Speaking is strictly prohibited once the show starts.
  • If you feel unwell, inform staff immediately. Depending on your condition, you may be asked to leave.
