- The tour guide will notify guests by phone or text message between 18:00-20:00 the night before departure. If you have not been contacted by 21:00, please contact our staff promptly. During holidays, there may be a slight delay, we appreciate your understanding.
- Minors and seniors must be accompanied by family members.
- If the trip is cancelled temporarily on the afternoon before departure, compensation will be required for the travel agency's seat loss and any expenses incurred.
