- During the tour, if the attractions cannot be visited normally due to force majeure, the tour leader can cancel or replace the attractions according to the actual situation after consultation with the guests, or the tour guide can refund the fees on the spot according to the ticket price in the travel product. - If the meeting time needs to be changed due to emergencies such as road conditions, the announcement of the tour guide or the accompanying personnel will prevail.
- If the free items in the itinerary cannot be given due to force majeure such as traffic and weather, or cannot be visited due to your personal reasons, the fees will not be refunded. Please understand.
- During the team itinerary, if you choose to leave the group midway during the non-free activity period, the unfinished part will be deemed to be abandoned by you, and only the unincurred ticket fees will be refunded.
- Travelers who register as adults with preferential certificates such as senior citizen certificates, military officer certificates, military disability certificates, disability certificates, student certificates, tour guide certificates, etc. can enjoy the preferential policy of scenic spot tickets.
