  • There are many people in Tianmen Mountain during the peak season. There may be queues when checking tickets to enter the park and transferring. Please wait patiently. The tour guide will arrange entry as soon as possible.
  • Since Tianmen Mountain Scenic Area strictly implements the real-name system for ticket purchase, tourists must bring their original ID cards, 18 Students aged 18 and above must bring their student ID. If they cannot get tickets to enter the park due to incomplete documents, they need to buy tickets again at the listed price.
  • When the glass plank road is closed for various reasons, the scenic area will not provide any compensation and forced passage is not allowed.
  • The glass plank road is located on the cliff and the terrain is steep. If you have heart disease, high blood pressure, fear of heights, drunkenness or other physical conditions that are not suitable for sightseeing, please do not challenge it.
