- If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, the program cannot be conducted and no refund will be provided.

- For programs that include makeup services, if you have sensitive skin or allergies to cosmetic products, please inform us in advance before booking.
- Except for Personal Color Analysis, only the person with the reservation is allowed to enter.

- Cancellations from 6 days before up to the appointment day: No refund
