What to expect

【Timing】Timing starts at the scheduled appointment time. Sessions cannot be split. Time will continue to run during changes of attractions, outfit changes, and breaks. No refunds or makeup shoots will be offered for late arrivals due to the customer's own reasons. No refunds will be given if the customer voluntarily abandons the shoot for their own reasons.
【Photo Retrieval】Lightly edited photos will be provided within 24 hours after the shoot. Final, retouched photos will be provided within 7 business days after the customer selects their photos.
【Satisfaction】If you have any questions about the photographer's work on the day of the shoot, please communicate with the photographer or customer service in a timely manner to resolve them. You can view sample photos in the photographer's camera at any time during the shoot. If you are not satisfied, please let us know on the spot and we will arrange a reshoot. We will not handle any post-shoot feedback.
【Weather Conditions】If the shoot cannot be carried out as scheduled due to weather or other force majeure factors, and the merchant cancels the order, it is not the merchant's responsibility. Our store will actively negotiate with you to postpone or reschedule the shoot.
【Other】Customers are not allowed to bring their own wedding dresses, formal dresses, suits, veils, etc. If you require a light wedding dress shoot, wedding dress shoot, or commercial shoot, please inform us in advance before placing your order. Otherwise, the photographer has the right to refuse the shoot or refuse to deliver the photos.
【Outfit Package】The magical outfit package provides 1-2 sets of outfits for use only during the shooting time.
【Important Notes】Please make reservations and purchase tickets in advance, bring relevant documents, plan your transportation, and keep your mobile phone accessible. Do not go to dangerous places during the shoot to avoid accidents. Please take care of your valuables to avoid loss. Minors must be accompanied by a guardian during the shoot. Compensation at market price will be required for any man-made damage to the photographer's equipment.
