- Pickup and Drop-off Service Area: We offer complimentary pickup and drop-off service for customers within the 3rd Ring Road of Chengdu. If you need to go to places outside these areas, there will be an additional charge, the specific amount of which will be communicated and confirmed with you by our customer service after the order is confirmed.
- Schedule: Standard departure times are around 9:00, 13:00, or 14:00. The tour generally ends around 13:00, 17:00, or 18:00, at which time we will take you back to your hotel. However, your needs are the most important. The time is flexible and can be adjusted. You can negotiate the best departure time with customer service after booking. During peak holidays, we recommend departing in advance to avoid crowds and enjoy a more comfortable journey.
- Service Duration Reminder: Please note that our overall service duration is controlled to approximately 4 hours. If the time is exceeded, please pay the overtime fee. We will communicate and confirm the specific details with you in advance.
