Unbounded-Chang'an Performance

Directed by Zhang Yimou and produced by Sha Xiaolan. China’s first large-scale resident conceptual performance. The work derives its meaning from “Where the will goes, distance is no object.” Eight segments: Resonance, Rainbow Skirt, Shadow Figure, Kaleidoscope, Chang’an, Reunion, Legend. A stage of limited size, boundless space-time, curtains rise and fall, dreams know no bounds.
