What to expect

Eight Brocades, this ancient and magical traditional Chinese fitness exercise, has gradually become a new favorite for modern people pursuing a healthy life. Unlike Tai Chi, Eight Brocades consists of eight movements. Although seemingly simple, it contains endless mysteries. During the practice of Eight Brocades, you can feel your breathing become steady and your mood becomes pleasant. Each movement is like a dialogue with your own body, allowing me to better understand my body's needs. After the morning exercise, I will take you to taste traditional Beijing breakfast nearby. Speaking of Beijing breakfast, the variety is so rich that you can’t finish it in a few days, such as: Dou汁(fermented bean juice) with Jiaoquan (crispy fried dough rings), fried liver with steamed buns, sugar oil cake with tofu pudding, mutton soup with baked sesame flatbread, Miancha (millet flour paste), fried tofu soup, Tanghuoshao (sweetened baked roll), bean paste fried cake, pea flour cake, etc. During our trip, we will eat at least 4-5 kinds of delicacies, so that your trip to Beijing will be complete!

Experience Venue

The park in the early morning is very quiet. The plastic running track around the lake is exactly one kilometer long and contains a long embankment, islands, and pavilions. The magnolias and cherry blossoms in spring, the lotus flowers in summer, the reeds in autumn, and the snow scene in winter are all very beautiful.

Experience Process

8:00AM We will meet at the agreed park entrance, and then enter the park together to practice Eight Brocades with me; after the morning exercise, I will take you to eat authentic breakfast nearby.
