  • To ensure a smooth and complete trip, tourists are responsible for strictly adhering to the meeting times given by the tour guide. If you are more than ten minutes late for the meeting time, the vehicle will leave without waiting. We are committed to providing punctual service. However, we cannot guarantee on-time arrival at pick-up and drop-off locations due to uncontrollable factors such as weather, traffic, mechanical failure, strikes, government shutdowns, war, and terrorist attacks. We are not responsible for any inconvenience or additional expenses incurred by guests due to trip delays caused by these reasons, including but not limited to flight, train, or bus costs, and other travel expenses.
  • We reserve the right to transfer tourists from the original vehicle to another vehicle en route and assign different tour guides and drivers to provide services for operational convenience.
  • The following suggestions will help you register more quickly and efficiently: You must bring a valid photo ID; please present a printed or electronic version of your itinerary.
  • This product is a group activity. If you choose to leave the group midway, please inform the tour guide in advance and obtain their consent. You will be required to sign a departure agreement. The uncompleted portion will be regarded as your voluntary abandonment, and the tour fee will not be refunded.
  • Complimentary items in the itinerary are non-refundable if they cannot be provided due to force majeure factors such as transportation or weather, or if you cannot visit them due to personal reasons. Thank you for your understanding.
  • According to U.S. federal law, smoking is prohibited on the vehicle during the tour. If you need to smoke, please go to a designated smoking area.
  • Pets and animals are not allowed on any tour.
  • Minors or children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult to participate in the tour. Unaccompanied minors or children cannot participate in the tour. For the safety of pregnant women, pregnant women participating in the tour must be no more than 24 weeks pregnant at the end of the tour.
  • When booking, please be sure to provide accurate and complete information, including name, gender, valid contact information (preferably a mobile phone number for easy notification in case of problems), and accurate meeting location, to avoid booking errors that affect your trip. You will be responsible for any losses caused by providing incorrect information.
  • Guests participating in the tour are required to purchase tickets from the tour guide with the group. You may not bring your own tickets or use City Passes. Entrance fees to attractions and meal fees on the tour may change based on temporary notifications from the attraction's official channels. The price announced by the attraction on the day shall prevail.
  • During the actual trip, the tour guide or driver has the right to appropriately adjust the order of visits, duration of stay, or meeting time of attractions according to weather, traffic, and other conditions to ensure the smooth progress of the itinerary.
  • Children under the age of eight participating in the tour must use a car seat. We offer rental services for $10.00/person/day. Please be sure to indicate this in advance when booking the trip so that we can prepare in advance. Guests will be responsible for any violations and fines caused by failure to notify us in advance. Thank you for your understanding. If you travel by bus on the day of departure, a car seat is not required, and the fee can be refunded to the guest.
  • Many tourist attractions in the itinerary require participants to be in basic good health.
  • You are required to pay a service fee to the driver and tour guide on the tour (a minimum of US$12 per person per day, with children and infants occupying seats paying the same rate as adults);
