【Pre-Trip Information】

• Please be on time for the meeting: If you are unable to participate in the trip due to personal reasons (such as being late, getting lost, or feeling unwell), no refunds will be given. Please note that no refunds will be provided.
• This itinerary is a fixed group tour route, and you will be sharing a ride with other passengers throughout the entire journey. The vehicle will not be able to stop arbitrarily outside of the attractions.
• Depending on the number of participants on the day, a smaller vehicle with a driver who also serves as a guide may be used. Please cooperate with the staff's arrangements throughout the trip (with a smaller vehicle, you will enjoy a more flexible itinerary pace, the driver will focus on driving, and the explanation content will be relatively brief).
• Each person is allowed to bring one piece of luggage free of charge. For any additional luggage, you can pay the driver/guide 2,000 JPY/piece on-site. Please be sure to indicate this when placing your order. If you do not notify us in advance, the guide has the right to refuse you boarding, and the tour fee will not be refunded.
• Registration for seniors aged 70 and above and pregnant women: Please request and sign a waiver from our staff at jingyu12333@163.com no later than one day before departure, and return it to us after signing to ensure travel safety.
• As the journey may be long, it is recommended that you bring some food with you in case you need it. Eating and drinking are prohibited on the vehicle, but you can eat at the rest areas in the scenic spots.

【During the Trip】

• The time spent at each attraction has been optimally designed. Please strictly adhere to the schedule to avoid affecting the overall itinerary.
• The itinerary time may be adjusted due to force majeure events such as traffic, weather, and crowds. In the event of delays or partial itinerary changes, refunds or compensation cannot be requested. We appreciate your understanding of the uncertainties of travel.
• During holidays and peak periods, traffic congestion may occur. The tour guide will flexibly adjust the itinerary as appropriate. Please be prepared for this and thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
• To maintain the cleanliness of the vehicle, please do not eat or drink inside. If any damage or soiling occurs, a cleaning fee will be charged according to local standards. Please work together to create a comfortable riding environment.
• If you leave the group on your own or leave the team midway after the trip starts, it will be regarded as an automatic waiver of service, and no refund will be given. (You will be responsible for your own safety during the period of leaving the group.)
