- Foreign guests (non-Taiwanese nationality) cannot book Senior Tickets / Disabled Tickets / Companion Tickets for the Disabled
- Full fare: Passengers aged 12 and over.
- Child ticket: Ages 3 to under 12. Please present identification for verification when picking up the tickets.
- Senior tickets: Passengers who are 65 years or older and hold Republic of China nationality must present their ID card when collecting tickets.
- Discount Tickets: Holders of the Republic of China Disability Certificate must present the Republic of China Disability Certificate when collecting tickets (the necessary companion column on the back is marked with the words "Domestic Public Transportation", which can provide one necessary companion with a concession companion ticket)
- Companion Ticket: For caregivers accompanying holders of the Republic of China Disability Certificate.
- Infant Insurance Ticket: Children under 3 years old (without a seat)

Booking Request
- Each person can book for up to 4 people, including infants, per transaction record.
- Sleeper cabins can be booked for single occupancy, and there may be other passengers, male, female, or mixed cabins (i.e., different cabins) available.
- Please do not close the door if you are not traveling with other passengers in the sleeper cabin.
- Changing cabin class is not accepted for those who have completed payment.
- Passengers are required to go to the ticket window at the departure port at least 1 hour before the departure time and present their identification documents for each person to pick up their tickets.
- Boarding and customs clearance will close 30 minutes before departure.
- To redeem your boat ticket, we need to verify your name, ID number, and date of birth. Please ensure that the order and the information of the person placing the order are correct (the ID number must be in uppercase letters, and please fill in the name and gender fields correctly; Taiwanese passengers please fill in their Chinese name).

Precautions
- After completing the payment on Klook, passengers should go to the ticket window at the port of departure to present their identification documents for each person to collect their tickets. Please pay attention to the sailing time and complete the ticket collection in advance (from 5 days after the ticket is booked to 1 hour before departure). If you are unable to board the reserved flight due to insufficient ticket collection time, no refunds will be given.
- If you require mobility assistance/wheelchair service, please contact the ticket offices in Kaohsiung/Penghu.
- Ferry tickets are registered under a real name system and are limited to the passenger themselves. Please accurately fill in the passenger information of all travelers and do not repeat the passenger information to ensure your own rights. For foreign tourists, please directly fill in your passport/residence permit number.
- In accordance with tobacco hazard prevention regulations and to maintain air quality in the cabin, smoking is prohibited on the entire ship. Thank you for your cooperation.
- Each person is limited to two pieces of carry-on baggage (no more than 20 kg for berths and business cabins, and no more than 10 kg for economy cabins).
- It is strictly forbidden to carry dangerous or flammable materials when boarding.
- Please carry valuables with you to prevent theft.
- From early November to March of the following year, the northeast monsoon in Penghu is strong and the wind and waves are large, so tourists should pay more attention to safety when taking a boat.
- If you experience seasickness, please take seasickness medicine 30 minutes to 1 hour before boarding to relieve seasickness. You should follow the instructions on the medicine leaflet (instructions) and avoid excessive use.
- Please do not run or play on the boat to avoid falling and injury.
- There are prohibition signs in each dangerous area. Please be sure to abide by them to prevent accidents and read the instructions on how to use escape equipment in case of emergency.
Pet Boarding Notice
- If you need to bring dogs, cats or other pets on the Penghu Ferry, you need to fill out the Pet Boarding Consent Form when entering and exiting.
- With the exception of guide dogs, passengers are not allowed to bring pets into the cabin. If you have pets with you, they should be in a box or cage to prevent excrement from leaking out.
- Passengers with visual impairments carrying qualified guide dogs or professional guide dog trainers with guide dog puppies during training can enter and exit the cabin.
- The pet placement area is the outdoor deck pet area (A-DECK port side).
- Pets should be placed in a pet box, basket or suitable container, and the packaging should be complete and free from the risk of fecal leakage. Each passenger is limited to one piece, and the size should not exceed 60cm in length, 60cm in width and 60cm in height.
- Large dogs that cannot be caged (over 40cm in height) must wear masks and leashes. If the pet basket (bag, bag, etc.) is left, it must be ensured that it is placed securely and has necessary functions such as warmth and ventilation.
- Large and medium-sized pet cages are available on site. After use, please show public morality and remove pet feces before leaving the ship.
