- During the tour, you may encounter traffic congestion or early closing of attractions. The supplier will adjust the itinerary according to the actual situation, and we appreciate your understanding. For example, if the ropeway cannot be used due to weather conditions, it may be canceled and refunded, or replaced with other alternative scenic spots. The tour guide and driver will do their best to provide you with quality service.
- Please ensure that your communication software is working during your trip to Japan. No refunds will be given for cancellations or lateness caused by failure to be contacted. If the number of participants does not meet the minimum requirement, the tour will be canceled. Cancellation notices will be sent by email 5 days before departure. In the event of severe weather conditions such as typhoons or blizzards, a decision will be made one day before departure as to whether or not to cancel, and you will be notified by email.
- It is recommended to wear light clothing and shoes, and bring a parasol and sunscreen as needed.
