- Departure Instructions: During the trip, if you choose to leave the group midway, the unfinished portion will be considered a voluntary abandonment, and only the costs not incurred during the trip will be refunded. The car fare will not be refunded under any circumstances.
- Return Trip Reminder: It is not recommended to book return tickets for flights/trains on the day of the group tour, as there may be special circumstances such as traffic jams on the road.
- Preferential Policies: Active servicemen, retired soldiers, police officers, Xinjiang aid cadres, disabled persons, university students, children under 1.2 meters in height, and other preferential certificates, please inform the sales staff or housekeeper at the time of registration, and bring relevant certificates when traveling (if you do not bring them, we will not be able to help you purchase special preferential tickets).
- Other Instructions: During the trip, if scenic spots are closed due to force majeure factors and cannot be visited normally, the two parties will negotiate and cancel or replace the scenic spot according to the actual situation, and the cost difference will be refunded or supplemented on the spot.
- Pre-trip Reminder: You will receive a departure notice call or WeChat message from the travel agency housekeeper or driver before 22:00 the day before departure. Please pay attention and keep your phone line open. If you do not receive any notice after 22:00, please contact the sales representative in time.
- The reference hotels listed in this contract may not be available due to seasonal factors, room status restrictions, or other force majeure circumstances. If it is necessary to change the hotel, the travel agency will confirm with the tourists before the trip. The specific check-in hotel shall be subject to the final confirmation. The travel agency promises:
- The environment and comprehensive evaluation of the replaced hotel are not lower than the reference hotel standards stipulated in the contract, but for hotels outside the reference list, the travel agency shall not be liable for breach of contract caused by non-self-fault.
- "If you want to choose a horse riding self-funded project during the trip, please choose a qualified horse team in the scenic spot, but the travel agency does not recommend tourists who cannot ride horses to choose this project. Horse riding has certain risks. Please be responsible for your own safety when riding horses. If danger occurs, the travel agency will not be responsible."
- Be sure to provide accurate and complete identity information and contact information when booking, so as not to affect the travel due to booking errors (many scenic spots enter by swiping ID cards. If you provide incorrect information, it will cause difficulty in entering); if the tourist's personal information is inaccurate and ultimately causes unrecoverable consequences, the travel agency will not be liable for any responsibility.
- There will be no refunds for complimentary items in the itinerary if they cannot be given due to force majeure factors such as traffic or weather, or if the tourist does not participate for personal reasons.
- During the trip, if the tourist chooses to leave the group midway, the unfinished portion will be regarded as the tourist's voluntary abandonment, and only the expenses not incurred in the package will be refunded, and the car fare will not be refunded.
- The diet in Xinjiang is heavy in flavor, with a slightly heavier salty and spicy taste, and the portions are large. It is recommended to order small amounts multiple times when ordering.
- Meal time: Since Xinjiang and the mainland have a time difference of about 2 hours (but Beijing time is still used), breakfast is usually around 8:30, lunch is 14-15:00, and dinner is around 20:00; tourism is physically demanding, please prepare snacks in advance.
