【Pre-Trip Information】

• Please be on time for the meeting: If you fail to participate in the itinerary due to personal reasons (being late, getting lost, feeling unwell, etc.), no refund will be provided. Please note that no refunds will be given.
• This itinerary is a fixed group tour route. You will be sharing the ride with other passengers throughout the entire journey, and the vehicle cannot be parked randomly outside of attractions.
• Depending on the number of participants on the day, a smaller vehicle model with a driver serving as a guide may be used. Please cooperate with the staff's arrangements throughout the journey (in the case of a smaller vehicle, you will enjoy a more flexible itinerary pace; the driver will focus on driving, and the explanation content will be relatively brief).
• Each person is allowed one free piece of luggage. For any extra luggage, you can pay the driver/guide JPY 2,000/piece on-site. Please be sure to indicate this when placing your order. If you do not notify us in advance, the guide reserves the right to refuse you boarding, and the tour fee will not be refunded.
• Registration for seniors aged 70 or above and pregnant women: Please request and sign a waiver from our staff at jingyu12333@163.com no later than one day before departure. Return the signed waiver to us to ensure travel safety.

【During the Trip】

• The time spent at each attraction has been optimally designed. Please strictly adhere to the time to avoid affecting the overall itinerary.
• The itinerary schedule may be adjusted due to force majeure factors such as traffic, weather, and crowds. In the event of delays or partial itinerary changes, refunds or compensation cannot be requested. We appreciate your understanding of the uncertainties of travel.
• Traffic congestion may occur during holidays and peak periods. The tour guide will flexibly adjust the itinerary as appropriate. Please be prepared and thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
• To maintain the cleanliness of the vehicle, please do not eat or drink inside the vehicle. If any damage or stains are caused, cleaning fees will be charged according to local standards. Please work together to create a comfortable riding environment.
• If you leave the group on your own or leave the team midway after the trip starts, it will be regarded as automatically giving up the service, and no refund will be given. (You will be responsible for your own safety during the period of separation from the group.)
