What to expect
The Chocolate Laboratory from Funky Chocolate Club will share with you the techniques, tips and tricks of tempering of chocolate, melting, pouring and filling molds. Just bring yourself to the venue and they will take care of everything (aprons, chef hats and all the necessary ingredients).
You will learn all about the origin’s of chocolate as well as how to identify and understand the different tastes chocolate can have. Their professional Chocolatiers will teach you how to create your own masterpieces and you get to eat as much chocolate as you like!
